For those who don’t wish to purchase class passes or become a regular member at the gym, you can still access programs! We offer Open Gym at select times (Note the schedule below) as well as Unlimited Drop-in spots for “The Weekndrs” group (max. 10 people). “The Weekndrs” is a conditioning style workout that challenges stamina & endurance through intervals, sustained work, or quick bouts of high-velocity movements. All experience levels welcome.

We do not offer group training drop-in during the week. if you’re interested in trying our a membership, we offer a 1-month unlimited trial.
