The Gym in The Armoury aims to provide an environment that is accessible and inclusive to people of varying fitness levels to help them achieve a feeling of limitless capabilities. The service format is focused around providing group training classes that aim to build physical literacies in an educational, objective and fun way. Class designs revolve around principles of strength and conditioning that works to give participants the tools and know-how to achieve their desired results in a safe and efficient manner.

Our approach to coaching youth encourages them to explore various movment literacies through strength, conditioning, balance and agility training. Programming goals aim to develop their physical literacy as it pertains to their long-term development so they can live a physical and healthy life.
We understand the value of keeping optimal and functional as we navigate life- our approach to training adults focus on that. Strength is often overlooked and we know it is the foundation that keeps you functional, healthy, and resilient against injuries, illness, and challenges that may lie ahead.
More specific considerations are taken into account. Our approach is to build and mantain important physical qualities such as strength and power that are correlated with improving balance and coordination. We want to ensure people get the most out of their training for the better years to come.
Team or individual sport athletes are handled case-by-case. The specific demands of each sport are taken in, assessed and fully integrated in a strength and conditioning program to fit your needs and the competitveness of sport. For team, group, or individual sport training, please contact.
SMALL GROUP STRENGTH
General strength programming is varied and modified each session to meet you where you are. Sessions progress and vary focus to aid in bettering performance for the things that matter most. Group size up to 8.
All clients are thoroughly assessed then provided personalized programming for specific goals and needs. Training services are shared and individually prepared training material is expected. Group size 2-4 people.
WINTER TRAINING BLOCK- DEC 2ND TO FEB 29TH
December 1-Month Trial
Try any one of our group membership options for the month of December and roll into a month-to-month in January. Save the activation fee ($30 value). Valid between December 2nd to December 31st. No fixed-term contract necessary.

6 Class Pass (Expires 6 weeks)- Adult $99 +HST/Youth $79 +HST
12 Class Pass (Expires 12 weeks)- Adult $179 +HST/Youth $149 +HST
